Accountability

Corrections are part of the record.

Schools and readers are encouraged to send documentary evidence when something is wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

How we handle changes

Typographical changes that do not alter meaning may be corrected silently. Factual corrections, material clarifications, and substantial revisions receive dated notes. Routine annual updates are recorded separately from errors.

What to send

Email hello@admissionsdiary.com with the page link, disputed passage, correction you believe is warranted, and the strongest supporting source. A disagreement with an editorial opinion is not itself a factual error, but we will correct the evidence underlying an opinion when necessary.

Use public source links where possible. Do not send children’s personal details, private school records, or medical documents.

Editorial review

We review correction requests against the available evidence and may ask for clarification. We do not promise a fixed response time. Schools may correct facts and provide context; they do not receive approval rights over our conclusions.
